Senior Paralegal
Rhonda Ginnetti is the Senior Paralegal at Tedone & Morton, P.C. and has worked as a paralegal for over 15 years. Her focus is primarily Family Law and QDRO’s; however, Rhonda has additional experience in bankruptcy and probate. Rhonda has her Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate, and enjoys spending time with her husband and four sons.
Margaret Schnute
Operations Manager
Margaret is our Operations Manager, handling many of the non-legal aspects of Tedone & Morton, P.C. Margaret has degrees in Music, with previous experience as the Database Manager for an East Coast Non-Profit working with Raiser’s Edge, and assisting several Midwest Foundations with their Planned/Major Giving Departments.
Alexus Giorgi
Paralegal
Alexus will graduate from Lewis University in the Spring of 2026 with her bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.
Joanne Perez
Administrative Assistant
Joanne Perez is a long-time resident of Joliet, having graduated from JJC. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and extended family.
Michelle Cisneros
Legal Assistant
Michelle will graduate from Joliet Junior College in the Spring of 2028 with her Associates in Paralegal Studies. She enjoys spending her time with her daughters and dog.
